This handcrafted, 'Sencha' style tea, is harvested on a family owned farm, in the upper reaches of the picturesque Victorian Alpine region. This brew, has a subtle and delicate character with a refreshing aroma and a lovely balance of sweet umami flavour, combined with a slight but pleasant bitterness. Developed with the Australian palate in mind, this Japanese style green tea looks and tastes slightly different to its counterpart creating a mellow, balanced and uniquely Australian green tea.
Brewing instructions: Approx. 1-2 scoops or 3 grams for every 250ml of water
for a 1-2 minute infusion 70-80c. Up to 5 infusions.
