Harvested during the spring flush, the leaves are then hand processed using Taiwanese methods, resulting in a semi-sweet tea with gorgeous malty notes of spice and wood. Glasshouse Mountains spring flush, is one spectacular black tea. Perfect on its own.
Brewing instructions: Approx. 1-2 scoops or 3 grams for every 250ml of water
for a 2-minute infusion 95c. Up to 6 infusions.
