A handcrafted Japanese style green tea, from the Victorian Alps, in the pristine Victorian Acheron Valley. Produced in harmony with the local environment and using biological farming methods.
Tea plants are almost dormant, during the colder months of winter. They build up on nutrients which are only released, with the plants new growth and new buds, during Spring. The first plucking of these Spring leaves (First Flush) is used to make this "SHINCHA" style tea, packed with this extra nutrients it creates a more intense flavour brew, with a smooth and sweet finish.
Brewing instructions: Approx. 1-2 scoops or 3 grams for every 250ml of water
for a 1-2-minute infusion at 70c
