Type: Roasted Green tea
A pure green, that has been gently roasted in a ‘HOJICHA’ style, to produce a more rounded and complex flavour. This tea, is highly aromatic and displays a smooth toasted flavour with delicious notes of toffee. It is far less astringent than the pure green tea and has a comforting woody and nutty aftertaste. Wonderful for food pairing or to be used in a warming blend.
Brewing instructions: Approx. 1-2 scoops or 3 grams for every 250ml of water
for a 2 minute infusion 95c. Up to 4 infusions.
