This tea is a blend, made up of four varietals: Meirokyu, Okumidori, Fushin,
Yutakamidori, harvested during the year, which means there's a bit more stem and old leaf than we like to present, in our Spring Flush or Premium teas. The truth is that, this combination of teas makes a beautifully sweet, light and easy to drink brew. And the flavour, is what really matters.
Perfect on its own without milk.
Brewing instructions: Approx. 1-2 scoops or 3 grams for every 150ml of water
for a 2-3 minute infusion 95c. Up to 4 infusions.
