This multi-award winning, premium green tea, is derived from the Japanese-Yabukita & Sayamakaori cultivars. Grown in the picturesque Glasshouse Mountains, South East Queensland and harvested during the first Spring flush, the leaves are then hand processed using Taiwanese methods, resulting in a uniquely sweet tea with delicate, vegetal-umami notes and floral top notes, similar to a high mountain oolong- leaving a fullness, in the mouth.
Brewing instructions: Approx. 1-2 scoops or 4 grams for every 250ml of water
